Archiving - Document is not recorded yet in a supplementary customs declaration

Using TCODE /SAPSLL/CDOC_STCOMPL to mark import documents for archiving does not work in the way we expect.

We got the message "Document is not recorded yet in a supplementary customs declaration" but this is wrong. Most of them are already in Supplementary customs declarations.

Does anyone have the same problem in the past? Is this an error or only a handling problem?

What shall be done to get these documents marked for archiving?

Can you try this SAP note: Note 1814489 - No flagging for archiving for CDec due to SCD ?

Seems relevant to the problem you are facing. Please check if this is relevant for your SAP Release.

Let us know if that solves the problem.
