Error in SAP IDM UI for 7.2 SP8 - unable to remove UI tasks

I have a new self service tasks, trying to delete duplicated self service tasks which was original tasks but that task number can't be found on a search, the tasks executes but can't find in backend. How do I delete this unwanted tasks or find in the system?

Please advise.

Hi Tony,

When you try to delete a task, which is yet to process the entries that are in queue, IDM will not delete the tasks.

It will create a new folder called "MX:Pending-Delete" which contains the task you tried to delete.

Try searching for the name of the task.  If you have previously deleted it, you might find it in a separate folder - it creates one for deletes if it can't delete the tasks.  I can't remember what the folder is called at  the moment but it'll be obvious.

I take it the original task was part of the provisioning framework?  It should be pretty straight forward to find then.
