Web service call from IDM to GRC fails (GRAC_USER_ACCES_WS)

We are in GRC 10 SP13

We are trying to invoke the web service GRAC_USER_ACCES_WS from the IDM system (which is an in house app)

We are hitting the GRC server, but returns with a error message "Invalid Priority Type". We tried setting the "Priority" field in the input with different combinations (such as "001", "001", "011" etc), but no luck.

Have you ever encountered this?

go to SPRO>GRC>Access control>User provision.

maintain priority type there.

Priority Type 010 should work  for this
