Issue in product master transfer ECC - GTS

Hi All,

I am trying to transfer service products from ECC to GTS .Steps I followed is as below:

In ECC,

1. Run /sapsll/matmas_dirr3 

2. Inputs: Product id and Title of Transfer Log . And executed background succsessfully .

In GTS,

When I tried to display products , I am able to find the product IDs in F4 list but when I select it and execute

system says 'No product found for the chosen selection criteria '

No product found for the chosen selection criteria

Message no. /SAPSLL/CORE_PRODUCT068

Tried with all the combination of Logical system groups but result is same.

Please help me or guide me to find the reason why its showing in F4 but not in details.

Hi Rajesh,

I hope you have verified and checked with the selection criterion.

Can you let us know the Release on which your working? . Please check if this SAP note helps for your release. Symptoms explained in this note is almost same as yours.

Note 1774540 - No hits when customs products are selected

for others: sap note "0001825878 No observance of legal regulation for product selection" solved the problem on my side.
