HTML Help problem

Hello!

When I open SAPGUI (6.4) session via ScriptingAPI HTML Help doesn't work. WebBrowser component cannot find help page.

How can I solve this?

Just an idea but did you upgrade to I.E. 7.0? If so, the html help viewer was rewritten and you have to upgrade your SAPGUI to get the rewritten html help viewer code. I would suggest SAPGUI for Windows Patch 20 or higher but I have found patch 22 to be very stable.

I use I.E. 6.0 and the last SAPGUI patch.

There is no problem with help when I launch SAPGUI directly from saplogon.exe.

But when I use ScriptingAPI in my own application to open SAP session, HTML Help doesn't work.

I suppose the problem in the ScriptingAPI engine.
