Precheck for SAP BW system while migrating from HP UX to Linux.

Hi SAP Experts ,

We are Migrating from HP UX to Linux in BW system.

We are not migrating database,.

We are preparing precheck document .

Can you please help us in getting what settings we need to capture before migration  in case of BW System.

So what I understood is that you moving the SAP application from HP-UX to Linux platform while the database will stay on HP-UX. right ?

This is a heterogeneous set up.

We are Migrating from HP UX to Linux in BW system.

Does it means that your system is distributed and it will remain on HP-UX? If not, please check system copy guide and this is the case of heterogeneous system copy. Please check more information on http://service.sap.com/osdbmigration.
