When i am trying to activate adobeform through transaction SFP then i am getting error like this.
SOAP Framework error : SOAP runtime error : CSoapExceptionTransport : HTTP receive failed with exception communication_failure(100.101)
Please help me to solve this issue ASAP.
Apart from above response, adobe form translation inconsistency could be another issue.
You can be sure by :
Try to generate PDF output at the layout it self at design level. Also it tell whether your XML code for adobe form getting processed & generated successfully or not.
Try running other standard PDF form to be sure that, it's not ADS related but translation related issue,if standard form also fail running and gives above message.
Could be useful

Hi Vivek,
This seems to be an issue with your ADS configuration/connectivity.
Please check with your BASIS Team.
To check ADS configuration execute report: FP_TEST_00
To check RFC connection to ADS execute report FP_PDF_TEST_00
Also check SAP note : 944221

Check your connectivity from your ABAP system to the ADS server. SOAP is the protocol used for the two to communicate. Check the ADS Configuration Guide and re-check/follow steps.
Also, this has been asked a LOT in the past. Simply do a search on Google (or here) for :
SAP Adobe SOAP Framework error : SOAP runtime error
and you will find lots of hits with information.
