Problem with role for incident creator

Hi, Expert!

I have a problem with role for incident creator.

I add in WEB UI direct link to create incident (business role SOLMANREQU).

Fields “Support Team”, “Message Processor” make only for display.

But when user make some steps, he/she cape assign himself/herself like  Message
Processor:

1. Click on create Incident

2. Save incident

3. Click on edit

4. Pop-up window which propose to assign
you as Message Processorappears. If user click yes, himself/herself business partner assign like  Message Processor

How to deactivate this window or how to restrict this ability by authority object?

Hi Yuliya,

As they can process message so they can goto edit mode anyway but everything is recorded and they can't change the status unless they have B_USERSTAT authorization object

Secondly regarding the pop up you need to create entry like this

Hello Yuliya,

Please check authorization given to user.

You need to give  SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE_COMP (composite role) to your incident creator.
