Error when creating SC.

Hello.

Create ShC. After choosing material i have an error:

"

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR:  internal error occurred while processing parallel RFC's (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)"

what could be the reason?

SRM 7.02.

Hi Alexey,

please check ST22 and SM21 logs...

Also check RFC to your backend in SM59

In St22 I find runtime eroor "ASSERTION_FAILED".

RFC should work correctly. Previously been replicated master data.

I can't provide all log. May be copy/past part of them?  which piece can help?

Information on where terminated

    Termination occurred in the ABAP program "/SAPSRM/CL_PDO_META_CONF_PROV=CP" -

     in "SET_META_CONF_HANDLE".

    The main program was "SAPMHTTP ".

    In the source code you have the termination point in line 83

    of the (Include) program "/SAPSRM/CL_PDO_META_CONF_PROV=CM00F".

Yes. ERP marked as RFC anm SRM as local.

as i know this is ur RFC issue

check it on sm59

then click on ABAP Connections , select ur logical system and  click on Remote logon

Can you say unequivocally whether this error to the settings performed by a consultant, or is the basis?

Hi Alexey,

Generally, RFC etc is being considered within basis roles. Also check SLD within technical basic settings, this should have correct RFC and RFC check box.

Within SM59 check this RFC for ECC logical system. Test connection etc.

You can further check the error logs as suggested. Before that just go through the help link for more understanding about the issue.

Also, if you are using MDM to create SC, please check SAP notes as some people have reported issues. If you can further elaborate on process and detail log, I can further help.
