Mail Receiver adpter

Hi,

I have a requirement of File to Mail scenario.I have followed the link:

and done all changes.It is working fine in development environment and i am able to send mails to different mailids.But after transporting the changes to Quality,I am getting error while tring to send mails to different mail ids.Error as follows:

Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: java.io.IOException: server not responding OK to RCPT TO; 554 Relay rejected for policy reasons.

I have already done all change in Quality server and also there is no firewall issue.Please suggest.

The IP of your PI Quality Server should be added to the SMTP server (as it was done for PI Development Server)

I have read this somewhere but this must be a mail server config issue.

• Most mail servers, to prevent them being used as anonymous spam relays, are configured only to relay mail from certain hosts.
• Your mail server is configured to reject mail from certain machine/host.

Seems like there is some issue in mail configuration settings, please take help from basis team to resolve it in your QA Server.
