Hi All,
We have upgraded from SP level 12 to SP level 15 in SAP PI 7.1 as a part of EHP-6 upgrade activities and after upgrade the scenarios with Receiver dertermination having multiple receivers without condition are failing in Integration Engine. In the Trace under Receiver Grouping we found the message " no interface action for sender found" this message in Trace is present for all the Interfaces but only Interfaces with multiple receivers without condtion are only failing.
We have refreshed the cache, Reactivated all the relevant objects but issue still persists. Please provide your suggestions.
Thanks,
Vinod
Hi All,

has you try to create again just the Receiver Dtermination Step for one scenario and test it. AFAIK the upgrade should not break it, but sometimes is a good workarround
also what kind of error are you getting?

Rodrigo

Hi Rodrigo,
I tried by creating a new receiver determination with two receivers but still the interface fails. And in Trace of Receiver grouping step we get the message " no interface action for sender or receiver found". This message is available in upgarded Envirnment for all the interfaces but it impacts only those interfaces which are having more than one receiver and without any condition in receiver determination.
While in the environment where upgrade is not yet done we do not get any such message in the trace.
Thanks,
Vinod
looks like the business system of sender is not matching with the one you created the receiver agreement..
check the logical system has been maintained for the business system/service used as sender
it might have worked when you test using RWB as you are manually passing the sender business service there.
if not, check whether the Operation mapings for those scenarios are properly maintained.
Other posibility is a problem with the Client. maybe your Pi is running on Client 200 (example) wheras at runtime it was picking up the default client 001.
check this out.
best regards.
Rodrigo
Hi Vinod,
In configuration wizard did you try test configuration.
