message scheduled on integration engine but not send

Hi,

On my PI, the message are scheduled on integration engine, but no send.

And after i have a time out http 402.

Hi Eude,

                In case this is happening for ll messages, it is possible that lack of server memory is causing the issue. Please request the BASIS team to check for server space.

please check what is the current timeout duration. You can try increasing it if it is low.
