Service confirmation number not updated in srm po-tracking

Hi All,

We are using SRM 7.02. Currently we are facing issue when posting a service confirmation in SRM. In this case, the confirmation number is updated in the SAP PO but NOT in SRM PO - Tracking Tab. This is happening only when we are posting the service confirmation in SRM. In case if we are posting the service confiramtion in SAP, then the number is getting updated in both SRM and SAP PO.

Please give your inputs in this issue.

Dear Nishanth,

In SRM, SAP has given some standard reports which need to be running in SRM to synchronize it with ECC. These reports are:

1) BBP_GET_STATUS_2 for getting the status back from ECC like confirmation, invoice etc.

2) CLEAN_REQREQ_UP for cleaning the table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB

3) BBP_GET_EXRATE to get the exchange rates from ECC

4) BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER ( Check SAP note 1499352 for more issues)

Please schedule these jobs and let us know. Also, don't forget to cross check the failed IDOCs in SRM/ECC for confirmation those are with the type MBGMCR.
