Hi,

Can you please check the below note. I know that the note is old but can try.

Note 694114 - Spool: Central autoreaction does not work for temp. nodes

1891874 - MTE node "SpoolNumbers" or "SpoolService" is missing

Please also check that no one has changed any property. Try to compare it with Quality.

Do you have any patch or kernel diff between the two system.

The MTE class R3SpoolSysGlobal is responsible to build this MTE tree in RZ20. The methods running are CCMS_Spool_Number_Collect and CCMS_Spool_Wait_Time_Collect.

You do find these methods in RZ21 -. Methods - Method definitions - > Display

But before debug the executions of these methods I believe that you should check if the CCMS shared memory is correctly working and have enough space to create MTEs.

The Spool Content is Instance-Specific hence each instance should have its own CCMS structure.

The first thing to check is the space under:

RZ20

SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors

CCMS Selfmonitoring

MoniInfra_<instance>

Space

Click twice in some MTE and check the Available space.

If this is OK, you should if the Sapmssy8 is running, if  Tooldispatching is not showing errors in the execution of these specific methods.

If still nothing wrong, you should check if the methods  CCMS_Spool_Number_Collect and CCMS_Spool_Wait_Time_Collect are setup to be started in RZ21.
