We are planning to move the uPerform (4.10.0) databases from a SQL 2005 instance to SQL 2008 and run it under SQL 2005 compatibility mode. Other than in startup.props, is there any other location where the new destination server name needs to be changed ? Is there anything else we need to be aware of or is it just a simple matter to move the databases to a new server and change the connection strings uPerform startup.props file (username and passwords will be the same on the new server)?
