Hello,
I would like to know how can I use an image as a button in VC and assign a "<b>custom action</b>" to it. so, when a user clicks on the image, an event will be raised.
Currently, when I select image property, I can NOT select "custom action"! because it's not selectable!
How can solve this problem?
Thanks in advance,
Ahmad Abdelrahim
Hi Ahmad,
I think that there is no solution in the actual VIsual Composer release. You can not use an image for raising an event.

I had the same problem, and I found the following (temporary) solution.
- Use a button to raise the event.
- Place on top of this button your image.
Kind regard,
Erwin

Aken,
Thanks for the suggestion, but I think it will be misleading, the user knows that this image/button is clickable because the curser changes to "finger point" or it will have different color/style when you move the mouse over it, in your scenario, since the cursor will not change to give the impression that this is a clickable button! This will mislead the user and he will not know that this is clickable image/button.
Thanks,
Ahmad
