Dear Gurus,
We are on SRM 5, we want replicate th HR data from SAP ECC system.
The person doesn't have a address ( Infotype 0006). Is it mandatory to create the BP?
Into the SAP note 934372 it's say the following:
"Address of the employee
In paragraph 5 of Note 550055, the address of the employee (Infotype 0006 subtype 1) is required to create a business partner. For the scenario "all applications integrated on one system", the address is now optional. In this case, that means you can also create business partners with the role 'Employee' without an address (does not apply to CRM 5.0)."
That is only applicable for CRM?
Can we create a BP for employee without address in SRM?
Many thanks!
David.
Refer to section 2 g of note 550055 for solution to your problem. it is possible to set up a standard BP with a default address in SRM and have that address copied to all BP.
This note explains similar issue:
1812022 - No address appears for the organizational unit when HRALX OADBP setting is used for BP integration
Please also try setting flag HRALX/OADRE to space in table T77S0 if you want to remove mandatory address at BP.
Regards,
Sushil.
