Integrated ITS in SAP ECC 6.0

Dear Sir or Madam,

We are using Integrated ITS for user that logon to SAP outside the company.

Now I am configuring a new connection but I am facing problem for a user that wants to logon using MS Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7.

In the transaction sm21 the error is "Transaction Canceled ITS_P 012 ( msiexplorer 8 )"

Can you please help me to overcome this issue?

Thank you for the answer. I followed and applied the suggestions of the

But the error mantain. After the url I get the screen for username and password but when I execute login the error is

"The following error occurred in  the system PRD: invalid browser version(msiexplorer 8)".

I am using MIExplorter 10 and windows 7 in my PC.

Please help if there is some configuration I can do to enable users to login usiong IE10.

Have you tried activating the "Compatibility View" in Internet Explorer then trying the web page?

If this doesn't work, have you tried it with "Compatibility View" disabled?
