Shelf Life field in Article Master

Hi,

Does the shelf-life indication work the same way in article's case as it does in a material's case? I want to determine the batch search strategy for the article based on the shelf life but I could not find the fields for Shelf Life and Min Remaining Shelf life in article master data. Please help.

Hi Binita,

The fields are available in article master in Basic data view. See the below screen shot. These parameters will help you identify the product by their expiry date calculation.

If this screen is not coming in your article master, check the configuration of screen for your material type and if it is not there, you can bring then in Basic data by doing screen settings. (SPRO: Logistics - General -> Material Master -> Configuring the Material Master)
