No listing in WLK1 but POS sales is possible

Hi SAP guru,

My user report a problem.

The article was not listed to a particular site.

However, it is being sold in the site. I got the RIS report on that item.

My understanding is that if it is not listed for sales in table WLK1, it should not be possible to post back the sales IDOC.

I am using ECC 6.04.

Thanks

Bye

Hi,

You may not be able to get direct records in WLK1 table for that site, but there could be a reference site used for listing. In this case I do not have to list my articles to individual site.

If we process WPUUMS idoc for sales data and if the article is not listed, definitely it will give an error not post it.

However, you can analyze its listing status in WPER2 where it shows the master data status of an article and site.

If the field under WLK1 is blank means it is listed to a site by any mean.

I hope this will help.

Amit

Hi Tim,

Listing(WLK1) is not mandatory for posting Sale Idoc. It only checks for entries in the MARC table for Article and Site combination.

As indicated by Amit it is mandatory to list the Article in order to download the same to Store.

Is these Article's created locally at the Store ?

Ramkrishna
