Error in IDOC Adapter Processing?

Hello Experts,

i am facing a strange problem, my scenario is File to IDOC.

File adapter pick IDOC XML file from file server and send it to ECC.

sender service is third party so created third party Business system, now when i execute the scenario.

the error is Unable to convert the sender service XXXXXX_Dev to an ALE logical system, the sender service is a third party and file adapter.

why i am getting ALE logial system error.

Hi Chinna,

Please check whether Logical system has been maintianed properly in SLD configuration or not.

check whether partner profile (WE20) has been maintained in ECC or not.

Hi,

This is a very common error and there are loads of links on SCN.

Please check if the logical system is assigned to the business system in SLD and the adapter specific identifier is present in ID under business system.

Hello,

its not a common error, i am not using IDOC adapter at sender side , picking XML from using file adapter and got error unable to convert the sender service into ALE logical.
