GRC 10.0 Risk Analysis Problem - Show No Result

Dear Experts,

We implemented GRC 10 AC before, now we are using SP12 not we are getting error in Risk Analysis Part. In NWBC, we are not getting any result.

We did below steps:

1) Activated BC sets

2) Create connectors for ECC DEV, QA and PROD systems in GRC DEV system for configuration in SM59

3) Maintain Connector & Connection Type Settings & Connection group. We have 3 connectors (for ECC DEV, QA and PROD)

4) Assign connector group to connectors

5) Maintain Integration scenerio (AUTH, PROV, ROLMG, SUPMG)

6) Maintain Configuration Settings

7) Maintain Connector Settings

😎 Maintain Mapping for Actions and Connector Groups for Role Generation & Risk Analysis & Authorization Maintanence & Provisioning for 3 connectors

9) Maintain Data Source Configuration for 3 connectors

10) Synchronization jobs are activated, and set periodic jobs for each of them.

11) Generated SOD rules.

When I checked in NWBC, users and roles are coming from ECC system, but when I want to risk analysis in User or Role Level, it shows no result.

Could you please help to solve the issue?

its a issue with SP12.

when you run risk analysis,

please ensure you select connector ,user or role ,and ruleset, rest yoou can remove from selection screen by clicking minus ( - )

if ant selection criteria remain blank risk analysis dos not show any result.

Hi

You can try by making 1028 parameter to YES in Configurations settings. Run risk analysis. once it is successful, then can change back to NO,

We updated to Patch Level 13, and it is solved.

Hi,

I suggest you to go through the Post Installation check list.

and check the following:

Have you activated the BC set GRAC_RA_RULESET_COMMON ?

Have you maintained the Plug-in Settings?

Have you configured the Parameter ID 1025 under the parameter group Risk Analysis?

Has your connectors assigned to the respective logical group?

Have you run the Jobs:

Synchronizing authorizations

Synchronizing repository?
