Stability Studies: problems with creation of inspection lot for inicial sample

Hi everyone!

I'm having problems with the creation of inspection lot for inicial sample in Stability study notifications.

I'm following every step before create lot inspections:

1. creation of quality notification

2. create initial sample

3. release initial sample

when I create de lot inspection, I write the inspection plan code and counter, but when a click on the check button, SAP doesn't show the characteristics related to the inspection plan, but it creates the lot inspection.

When I go to QA02 to modify that lot inspection and calculate the samples, it shows me the SAP error QA016.

Can somebody help me?

I´m act in QM consultant in one project, but one error message that you probably fixed at last time "QA016".

Please you share to me solution found by fix the problem.

Hi,

Check Usage 5, Status 4 & Inspection point be 200 (Inspection point for phys. sample).

In Sampling Procedure, check Inspection points is relevant for Sample Management.

Check the Inspection Plan Creation date & Inspection lot date.

For stability task list is of "Q" type

Check the Usage of the task list.

Make sure that task list is stability relevant.
