Message Monitoring - Strange behaviour.

Hi,

I am working on SAP PO 7.31.

In message monitoring there are 5 error messages. below is the screen shot.

I clicked on 5 to open those error messages. But in next screen there is no message.

Do you know how to get those 5 messages??

Hi Avinash,

Please try to manually synchronize actual statuses of messages in Message Monitor with those ounted as messages in non-final statuses in Message Overview by executing the following URL:

http://<PI host>:<Java HTTP port>/mdt/monitor/message_statistics.jsp?syncData=true

After executing this URL, you will receive a list of message IDs in Advanced Adapter Engine, for which discrepancy between status in Message Monitor and status in Message Overview was identified and which were a subject for the respective status synchronization.
