Change in Quality Info record has no impact on PO

Hi all,

While creating the PO which is already in progress and meanwhile Quality person change Quality info record and invalid the date. Ideally SAP should give error while saving PO but it was not happened.

Hi,

I have tried to simulate your requirement,  i have changed the date in Past & got a warning  while creating the PO

If i am right. you have creating purchase order and in between another person changes the Q info record valid date.In my system it is not giving any message even information message..

When i closed the PO. and create new PO that time i am getting error message regarding valid date.

no dear, i have changed the date before creating the PO. As in your case also when you create the new PO you are also getting the same warning.

Can you give the details how u got this warning message..

can u provide message no.  and where you have set the message in spro.

meanwhile

Quality person change Quality info record and put invalid date(.

And when click for check, system is not giving any warning, error or

information message saying validity date has been changed.

Ideally SAP should give error message while saving PO but it was not

happening.
