Map in NWBC not loading

Hello all,

I have Problems with the map view in NWBC. If I open the map view it takes forever to load the map and all I see is this:

I installed NWBC 4.0 PL 10 and Visual Business 2.1.

Can anyone tell me what the Problem is?

Hello!

The Problem must be a local Problem on my Computer. With my colleagues Computer it is working. We have uninstalled and installed all programs already.

Well, frontend is obviously correctly installed (navigation control visible and also business content shown).

Nothing happens when you zoom in? Maybe you can try the option in the map context menu to delete the personal settings. That switches you back to the standard map content provider.
