Hi,
We are using SRM 7.0 ECS and as per our settings all the shopping carts will goto sourcing cockpit.
In BRF we have set auto approval for shopping cartand if required user will add adhoc approvers.
We are in the needd to sending notification to the responsible buyer once the shopping cart is moved to sourcing cockpit.
How to enable the buyer notification in this case,is ther any standard event availabel to send such notification?
Please suggest.
Hello,
I don't think there is any standard SRM event when the Shopping cart receives the "In Purchaser's worklist" status, i.e. when its sent to Sourcing Cockpit.
There are two events in SoCo - SOURCING_COMPLETE and SOCO_FAILED
For this refer 1638112 - How to configure sourcing alerts in SRM 7.0
So the closest event you can use is ORDERED ( in case there is system approval) or APPROVAL_PROCESS_DOC_APPROVED (in case of Adhoc approval)
My suggestion is to create a Z report to run regularly and pick up shopping carts by referring to table BBPD_PD_INDEX_I and field ISOURCE_REL_IND (value A-X) and email the list to purchaser.
Regards,
Sushil.
