Hi,

One more point for service hierarchy:

For direct SC creation in SRM, hierarchy is not supported. Hierarchy in SC can only be inherited from ECC PR.

For contract, once service procurement is used, you must use hierarchy for service item. Flat service is not supported in such scenario. This is mentioned in the KBA below:

1968147 - Flat Service in Contract is not supported with Service Procurement

So I suggest you consider hierarchy from the whole process of your business to see if it can be used consistently in all kinds of documents.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Hi Jack,

In SRM7.0, not supported the service hierarchy.

Now these are supported in EHp2.

Each line item, can have multiple service line items.

In this MM example, the line item 10 has three sub line items.

Hi,

Refer: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm701/helpdata/en/db/99e4261328459c94353b61395069ac/content.htm

From SRM 7.01 service hierarchy is only activated in contracts.

From SRM 7.02 service hierarchy is activated in all documents.
