Hi QM Diamonds,

I have one business scenario like  some materials  if any characteristics  got rejected  usage decision code will be update automatically as a rejected stock should be post in manual. have any body done this scenario if yes kindly guide how  it will be .

Ok, I'm not 100% sure what you are asking for.

If you want an inspection lot to be automatically rejected when a characteristic fails, and the stock posted automatically too, that cannot be done.  SAP requires that if a material has rejected characteristics, the UD must be manually processed by someone.

If you want the stock to automatically post to blocked stock when a rejected UD code is manually selected by the user, this can be done and is standard functionality.  In QS51 you assign the proposed stock category to the UD Code and click on the indicator for background processing.  If you do this, the user only needs to select the UD code.  The stock is then posted to whatever as been set up for the code.

Do as suggested by FF since automatic UD cannot be made for rejected inspection lots. Pl refer below link for additional info you may need,
