Hi,

I think you mean V_VBAK_VKO auth object.

This is actually Sales Document: Authorization for Sales Areas therefore it will give you option for Sales area which includes (Sales Org + Dist Chnl + Division).

I think you want to restrict it by Division along with a check Sales Office.

Please let me know what is your exact requirement.

I need to have an authority check on sales office and sales division. Both are select options (Multiple selections) and they are not mandatory fields as well.

Does it mean you want to restrict them in some Z transaction or in VA01,VA02? I will suggest you to create an authorization object by taking VBAK-VKBUR and VBAP-SPART fields. Add authority check logic in MV45AFZZ in user exits mentioned in there. Use move field to VBAK for sales office and move field to VBAP for sales division ot item division

If I have understood you wrong then be clear sales division. Is it header division or item divion?

For this you can select sales office from TVKBT and Divison from TSPA. If you are not able to do this in one object then you can use two objects for both fields separately.

I have used Sales District field for this purpose in customized reports and logic will be like this

SELECT bzirk INTO input FROM T171
      WHERE bzirk IN s_bzirk.

    AUTHORITY-CHECK OBJECT 'ZBZIRK'
      ID 'ACTVT'   FIELD '01' " read access
      ID 'BZIRK' FIELD input. " actual value
