Our client needs to send an automatic mail notification to all the suppliers that were unsuccessful offerors ( offers that didnt win)

Hi Ana,

I don’t believe there is a standard mail message template for this. You may want to consider building something custom via scripting. I’d take a look at this blog on custom mail message templates (http://scn.sap.com/community/sourcing/blog/2012/12/21/sap-sourcing-custom-mail-message-templates )
