Purchase info records maintained for reference sites are not flowing to actual sites

SAP experts,

We have maintained purchase info records for ref site according to SAP Is retail functionality if we have a info record maintained for ref site it should flows down to all the sites which are attached to the ref site.

Can anybody give me some guidance how to achieve this.

Hi Mayank,

I have heard about using Reference site for listing and other purchase related information like Contracts where reference purchase organization can be helpful.

I doubt about info record extended for actual site. That has to be maintained to get relevant information in purchase order.

You can raise an SAP OSS to clarify.

hi Mayank,

Please go to mm43 and enter article and vendor and go to purchasing tab . Click inforecord and check if the same inforecord exsists. Also make sure not to enter any site in validity , it should remain as space . Please post your results.
