Calibration process

Hi,

Please  help me in understanding the process of calibration order and its impact on equipment.

Calibration order Created-yes

IL generated -Yes

UD made-yes

UD result-Equipment rejected

Follow up action-Notification Created and equipment status made INACTIVE

Order created from the notification

Now I want to know after the completion of the order what happens to the equipment status and what is the process.

You would fix whatever is wrong with the equipment.

Then you would have to reschedule another calibration, process the new inspection lot and hopefully, if you get an "approved" lot, the status of the equipment will change to ACTIVE.

So we should do one more calibration order to complete the process

From automatically generated notification through follow up action of UD, one more Calibration will be created (as you mentioned in your initial post). Against this new calibration order, one more Inspection lot will be generated. After doing corrective action using that new calibration order, Inspection results will be entered.

While making UD for the new Inspection lot, based on the decision, either Equipment will get status ACTIVE or it will continue to be INACTIVE.
