Reversing approval

Hi

Is it possible to reverse the approval once the manager approves a Shopping cart.

Eg SC raised for 500nos.Manager has approved it.But after some time he wants to increase it by 250 nos and then approve.Here is it possible to reverse the approval,increase the qty and then approve

Here what I want is once the Manager (1st level) approves can he reverse it before the 2nd level approves it.Eg suppose Manager approves shopping cart of 500 nos and it has gone to the workbox of 2nd level approver.Before the 2nd level approves can the manager call the workitem back and change the quantity to say 1000 nos and again approve

Seems to be quite interesting and challenging workflow.

<u>As an alternative, In this, you can use the Forward work item button available in the Manager inbox, from where the manager can forward the same to another manager. It's a SAP standard functionality, anyways, which can be used.</u>

Which type of Workflow is being used in your SRM system ?

Is it Item-level workflow or Shopping Cart Level workflow ?

Anyways, As Marcin told, either you can use the BADI

<b>BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI </b>

(Overwrites the authorization level of the approver )

or Alternatively in the SRM system, use transaction SU01 for the Manager userid, and in the personalization tab, change the attribute BBP_WFL_SECURITY to '4' (High).

you can use BADI BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI if you want to made changes in document with approval status.
