Shiptoparty in the Report

We need to see ship to party in the FBL5n or FBL3n report. We have found many user exits but none can help us copy the ship to party field from the billing document into the accounting document.

We want this field to be copied into the reference key 1 field of the accounting document . Anyone can advise.?

Hi

Check the enhancements mentioned in Note 301077 - User exits for the interface to accounting. Populate field XREF1 and display in FBL5N and FBL3N. Other option is BTE 00001120.

Thanks for the advice. In the given link there are many user exits, which one specifically will be highly useful in this regard,  Secondly , I thought BTE is used only to populate fields within accounting , and not from billing to accounting. Highly appreciate your response.

Hi

If you want to do with one enhancement, use the enhancement 008 (read the note).

BTE can be useful if you want to populate this field for tax items, and the former enhancements are not triggered for tax item.
