Suppose a Service Request or Incident has multiple follow up Change Requests created, it becomes a headache in the CRM UI screen. There are two folds of problems here
1) The follow up change request number disappears with the text ' Multiple Related .......'
2) The 'Link' b/w Incident and Change Request is broken stopping seamless navigation b/w Incident and Change Request.
Rather than the above look, would not be great if we had something like below for a Incident with multiple CRs;
So anybody from SAP, please take a look at this option !

As far as I know, the UI cannot dynamically be enhanced with further fields, this is a framework limitation. Therefore the suggested option is hard to implement from a technical point of view.
However, you don't loose the complete overview and ability to navigate forward to the linked documents. You will find them all in the "Related Transactions" assignment block:

Thank you Tobias for the inputs. Our customer wanted to make the Service Request/Incident/CR screen as lean as possible. That was thye precise reason whe we adopted the Tab form for CR in place of traditional scroll down feature. So we were looking for the multiple links in the 'Details' page itself for multiple follow up documents.
As you suggested we will have one more tab ' Related Transactions' to see the multiple follow ups.
