Can anyone explain me step by step how to assign role,user and authorization data for the authorization object, V_VBKA_VKO.

Please be more clear to provide a solution.

You need to create a role using the PFCG tcode and assign the V_VBKA_VKO authorization object via the created role with the specified activity list.

You can assign the created role for the specific user via SU01 tcode..
