we just completed the installation of uPerform in cluster, primary server works but secondary doesnt and throws the belo error.

you need to restart Vigantee Service from the server and it will work fine. I faced this issue a lot.

first see if all the services are up and running.

Then check the log file

CollabConsole.txt from \\Collaboration\logs

It seems to be an installation issue.

re-installation should be helpful
