Map in Transportation Cockpit is not viewed

Hello all,

I am setting up a TM demo system for my master thesis and I would need your help with the following matter:

As I start the transportation cockpit and click on the map to see all locations and vehicles there is a problem with the AFC control.

The popup window says the unknown error 2147467259 occurs.

I already installed AFC 7.12 and Java. In spro we installed the certificate for AFC-Whitelist.

We are working with TM 9.0 and NWBC 4.0 and Windows 7., Internet Explorer 8.

Jonas, please, follow this steps:

Install ACF7.12

Install Acrobat reader >= 9.0;

Install o .NET >=3.51;

Install MSXML 4.0 SP3 or 6.0;

Install Visual Business 2.0 (Download on site SAP);

Do installation ACF in your computer that he go conexion permission in web dynpro (ActiveX controls, Java Beans, and others) between your computer and server;

Before install ACF acess transaction code  “WDR_ACF_WLIST - Administration of ACF Security List” and install the certified in your computer;

Hello Renato,

I have installed all the Tools you told me. So did my colleague. With my Computer the map still Looks like this:

Everything works, except the map is not displayed. With my colleagues Computer (same installations and Settings) everything works and the map is displayed. Is there maybe a Problem with visual Business because as I open the Programm my Screen is blank:

Does anyone have more ideas how I can fix the Problem? Thanks in advance,

Hello all,

I found the issue:

1.       Latest Patch Levels need to be installed

2.       Check the internet connectivity and proxy settings --> Restart

I found the problem.... I forgot to install the Visual Business Front End....

Have you installed the business front end? Or can you try to run on NWBC?

I still have Problems with the map. If I open the map view it takes forever to load the map and all I see is this:

I installed NWBC 4.0 PL 10 and Visual Business 2.1.

Can you tell me what the Problem is?

Please check it out the oss note 1685381. It is more clear about the details to config. Make sure that you have setup your GIS service correctly.
