Sales return-Qa stock

Dear All,

This is first time I am getting error like this.

     After sales return material is sitting in Quality. * My requirement to transfer this to Unrestricted stock*

For this quality stock no inspection lot is showing in QA32.

Material is assigned for only Inspection type 89.

Pls suggest how to clear this .

Hi Alok,

Have you tried 321 movement to take this material out of Quality stock? This can easily be done through MB1B if the qty is not moved to QI through inspection lot.  

Besides, you need to check if the material is posted to QI stock during PGR. As you said, no inspection type is activated on the material except 89, I don't see other way to post this qty in QI except during PGR.

Pl check and revert back

Hi

Inspection type 89 is not stock relevant. So material stock must not be in quality.

If stock is lying in customer return then do MB1B with movement type 453 to pull into you own stock.
