Consignment issue and fill up

Hi ,

I need to configure the consignment  issue and fill up cycle.Can someone give inputs on the following for both fill up and issue pls

1) item category : any special settings. special stock indicator is  compulsory ?

2) Schedule line cate" do I need to check TOR and availability check ?

3) requirment class: what should be the settings in req class. MTO or make to stock.

3a) do i need to check special stock in requirment class.

3b) Do i need to check account assginment category to E in requirment class ?

3c) any other settings in requirement class ?

reuqest pls provide inputs for each point above for both  fill up and issue.
