user exit to block a billing request after invoice has been generated.

Hi,

I have a requirement which says If an invoice is generated

from a billing request after approval, it can be cancelled for making some

typographical changes. In this case the Preceeding Billing Request should be

blocked for approval. kindly help in letting me know what user exit can be used for this?

Hi Friend,

  Not Sure , but you an try and confirm ; UserExit_Save_Document_Prepare or UserExit_Move_Field_To_Vbak.

what i understand is once billing document is generated to FI user is restricted to cancel the billing documents ?

if so in copy control -- vtfl -- item level VBRK/VBRP maintain 29
