Outbound message not getting triggered from SNC

Hi all,

THe outbound confirmation and ASN message is not getting triggered in SNC. The system is giving error in SLG1 as: Error when calling outbound proxy.

9AINVM1 is active. ROC out maintained to ICH in default code processing.

Please let us know how we can resolve the issue.

Hi,

Check with your PI consultant if  SPROXY and SLD are working fine.

I hope there is no error is data and services are activated wothout any issue.

We basis resolved the issue by having the correct sld settings in sol man.

Can you check ISO code is maintain for UOM of material/product of PO/RO.

Hi Nikhil,

The unit of measure is EA each.

The messages were getting triggered yesterday but since today morning no message confirmation, ASN or inovice, non are getting triggered.

Force generate the ODM and check.
