It is being phased in to the product over the next few releases. Have no fear it is coming and on the roadmap.

next few releases or SPs?
SPs. IQ is following SAP naming convention now. SPs are typically considered minor releases. Bug fixes are typically released in patch levels.
SP period - 2 per year, so next few releases it's - or in the end of 2014 or 1half of 2015.
Tradidtionaly couple SPSs after GA for for stability - At the the end of 2015 or 1 half 2016 it can be used in Multiplex.
too slow - Oracle 12c in-memory options is coming in 1H.2014.
As you will notice from other posts on this topic, sp02 is due in November and sp03 in May. Our release cycle is much more than 2 per year. This year alone we had IQ 16 GA, sp01, and sp02.

We planing to implement plex in Q4.2013 (15.4) and in Q2-Q3.2014 upgrade to 16.
Will be very good if RLV for Plex will be imlemented.
