Adobe Document Service Installation

Hi All,

We have installed Netweaver 7.3 Java Server. But now we also required Adobe Document Service. So please suggest how to add ADS in JAVA server.

Deploy the one which matches the other J2EE components on the system.

Hi,

You can deploy the ADS patch as mentioned earlier but the best approch for the further system that you install you should be selecting the usage type as

• Adobe Document Services

Please read the below note.

• Additional steps for SAP NetWeaver 7.0 or higher

           ADS are part of the usage type AS Java. When you install SAP NetWeaver 7.0 or higher, the ADS are included in the installation and - in most cases - preconfigured.

Note 925741 - Adobe document services (ADS) with non-supported platforms

Please deploy  the ADS SCA using JSPM on your 7.3 AS JAVA
