Report to cancel XML messages stuck on outbound side

Hi,

Is there any standard report which can cancel/delete the XML messages which are stuck on outbound side as the standard deletion job which runs daily in system is not removing these messages.

Report SXMS_REFRESH_ADAPTER_STATUS also runs daily in the system but still there are many messages which uses BPM and are successful executed on outbound side but still those messages have not deleted from the system even after the retention period.

I have gone through many threads and SAP notes but have not found any report or way to can cancel the messages which are stuck on outbound side, let me know if there is way to remove such messages from system.

Hi Aki,

There is no such report which can delete stuck messages.

You can delete the messages (LUWs) from SMQ1 if this is not a production environment.

Regarding your query on BPM messages, you need to look into the Archiving and deletion strategy in your landscape. This is separate.
