Incident Management - Message Processor

Hi!

I have a user created in SU01 and I assigned all Incident Management roles. Then I created BP using BP_GEN (type Employee).

Unfortunately, this user is not able to process messages in Workcenter. There is only visible My Messages - but nothing like Messages for Processing by Me, All Messages

Could you please help me to make it working?

hello,

It look like you have added on display role to your user.

can you please add composite role for message processing to your user and then test.
