Hello,

This comes by default in new installation on NW 7.3. If you don't want to restrict access to nwa then simply go to <DIR_GLOBAL>/security/data, delete all contents of file icm_filter_rules.txt and save it. After that, please restart the server. You will be able to access nwa page.

If you want to restrict use of nwa URL then you can refer to SAP note mentioned by Rishi earlier.

There will be logs in the work directory.

Also check the default traces.
