Dear Sir,

Please give one example to understand difference between Item & Header Level "Task & Activities".

Same option came in at Item & Header Level.

Say for example, Some product got rejected because some variance in Quality Parameters. In that case, Quality notification can be raised. Even when you receive complaints from customer, Quality notification will be created.

In those cases, defect part will be captured with the damage & cause. To rectify that damage, there will some tasks to be monitored. Those details will be captured at the item level task.

Apart from corrective tasks, there may be some tasks to be performed by production / quality / sales department (which is directly related to this damage, but related to complaint viz., recommendation for handling of products at customer end, recommendations for sales department to convince the clients, etc.,) will be captured at the header level.

In the Items tab, you can find Object Parts, Causes, Tasks & Activities. This will be useful if you want to specify damages, causes, tasks & activities for the specific item.

Also, separate Tasks & Activities tabs will be available to have general tasks & activities which won't have any item as reference.

This is purely based on the business decision how & where they want to capture those details.
