Message Processors in Incidents Management

Hi Guys,

I'm doing the customizing for Incident Management and I run into some troubles with Message Processors.

I have user A which is working correctly - it's a Message Processor and in workcenter he can access messages created by Key Users. It has BP assigned type Employee.

I also have user B made as a copy of User A. I also created BP (i used t-code: BP_GEN and have chosen our Solution Manager system). Unfortunately, this user from WORKCENTER does not have possibility to see any messages created. In BP it's type is Employee.

I checked screen by screen and all settings in SU01 and BP are THE SAME for both users.

I regret, but I have no clue what special I did for user A that it is working as expected. Maybe some special settings in IB52? But I checked that and I can't find anything strange.

Did you check the identification tab in BP?

There the corresponding SU01 user must be assigned.

Are there valid relationships for user B to your sold-to-party?

Have you assigned user A and user B to the proper support team in org. structure?
